Event Description: Otis Library kicks off the holiday shopping season with their fourth annual “O’tis A Festival At Otis Library: A Marketplace Of All things Creative,” on Saturday, November 17, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. There will be handcrafted items, children’s events, musical performances, and even a visit from Santa! Over 40 crafters will be offering a variety of items, including jewelry, woodworking, and pottery. Local celebrity parking attendants will be on hand to assist you in finding the best parking spaces. Proceeds from this event will benefit Otis Library.
